Rugged deck construction features 75 x 40mm rolled
steel channel cross members @ 450mm centres, with
heavy wall RHS deck runners.
Deck options are 40mm ship lapped pine or 5 mm
steel.
Deck pivot is located close to the rear of the
deck, this gives good clearance when tipping.
The heavy wall RHS chassis provides
un-equalled rigity and strength, particularly
in the high load rear pivot area.
The high quality multi stage rams provide tipping
angles of 58 degrees.
All models are sand-blasted and painted with our
high quality two pack paint system.
Axles are mounted close to the rear of the trailers,
which gives a very stable base when the deck is
raised for spreading.
The 4 Tonne trailer has a single axle, while the
6 tonne and above units feature our tandem walking
beam suspension.
All pivot points are fitted with grease nipples.
