Designed for spreading all types of waste the MCB Products muck spreader will enable you to re-cycle your waste into pasture. The 9 cubic metre body (level load) is fitted with a four chain floor drive system as used on the McIntosh forage wagons, these floor drives are well known for delivering years of trouble free operation.
This floor is driven by a hydraulic motor and gearbox drive. Waste is retained by a steel rear door which is raised by hydraulics when ready for spreading.

The spreader has low load over height for easy loading.
Close up of augers show bolt on reversible tips. Augers are PTO driven through a drive line rated at 160hp and features overload and over run protection.
Final reduction incorporates a heavy duty one piece gearbox.

On the rear of the machine are the two large diameter augers which do the actual spreading, these are designed to break up and lift at the same time, this gives a very wide and even spread. Coverage up to 14m wide can be achieved.

All equipment is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from date of entering service, provided that such equipment has not been subjected to improper usage and or overloading or any other conditions contrary to the manufacturers specifications or recommendations.
